1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ace45 ("ace45," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ace45 online casino platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at ace45.net (the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, or using any ace45 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

2Eligibility

To register and use an ace45 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) regulations applicable to online casino gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of ace45, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform.

ace45 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID). Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3Account Registration

To access the full range of ace45 services, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one ace45 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. ace45 may use technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ace45 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Verification: ace45 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. You agree to cooperate fully with any verification request.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ace45 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: ace45 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfer to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted for deposits.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified on the cashier page and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawal Processing: GCash withdrawals are typically processed within three (3) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) Philippine business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawal to Source: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. ace45 reserves the right to require additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• No Cryptocurrency: ace45 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or process cryptocurrency withdrawals. Any attempt to deposit via cryptocurrency will be rejected.
• No Credit Card Gambling Deposits: In compliance with Philippine regulations, ace45 does not accept credit card funding for gambling accounts.

ace45 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity verification, or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5Bonuses and Promotions

ace45 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all ace45 promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have completed account registration and, where applicable, identity verification.
• Each promotion is subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry dates, which will be clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• ace45 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn, players who have already claimed the bonus will not be affected, subject to the remaining terms of that promotion.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is satisfied.
• ace45 reserves the right to void bonus winnings and/or close accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or exploitation of promotional terms.

6Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on the ace45 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

• RNG Certification: All random number generator (RNG)-based games on ace45 are certified by independent testing laboratories to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios. All live dealer operations are subject to regulatory oversight.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or communication failure, ace45 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return stakes to players. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
• Disconnection: ace45 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection or technical issues on the player's end during a game session.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ace45 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ace45 staff or other players.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the ace45 Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements, is the property of ace45 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ace45.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ace45 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

ace45's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ace45 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

10Responsible Gaming

ace45 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time via account settings.
• Session Timers: Set reminders to alert you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform by contacting ace45 support.

11Account Suspension and Termination

ace45 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon termination of an account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements.

12Amendments to These Terms

ace45 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ace45 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

13Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ace45 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact ace45 support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. ace45 will use reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt.
